9. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice if there is a material breach of these terms. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for services rendered up until the termination date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
